TryWay Labs, LLC ("we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, that builds and operates digital products and services. Our website is tryway.cc.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

Contact information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, email, phone) when you reach out to us.
Usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard web server logs.
Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
AI assistant conversations — see section 4 below.

4. AI Assistant (AI@TryWay)

Our on-site AI chat lets you ask about our services. When you use it:

You provide a phone number to start the chat; your messages and our replies are stored to answer and follow up on your enquiry and to improve the assistant.
Your messages are processed by third-party large-language-model providers (OpenRouter, routing to DeepSeek) to generate responses.
Conversation records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the assistant.
Please do not share passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. tryway.cc stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage purely to make the site work — your language preference, a chat session identifier, and (if you use the AI chat) the phone number you entered. This data stays in your browser, is not used to track you across sites, and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data:

Stripe for payment processing
Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and data storage
OpenRouter / DeepSeek for AI chat message processing

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law.

8. Your Rights & International Transfers

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Because some of our providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, OpenRouter/DeepSeek) operate in the United States and other countries, your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
